On a recent Saturday, GreenBy3 reclaimed windows from a home undergoing a renovation in Mount Pleasant. Knowing the homeowner wanted to make this effort to keep the glass and wood out of the landfill, the contractor set the windows aside in the garage as they were removed from the house.
Mark Gourdine, with GreenBy3, received good help loading and unloading from Wando High School students, Jack Ryan and Thomas Riano.

GreenBy3 arrives to reclaim discarded windows from a residence in Mt. Pleasant

All the windows were moved out of the garage

and onto the trailer

Now off to the warehouse to store these windows until we find a homeowner or an organization who needs more energy efficient windows but cannot afford to purchase new ones

All of this glass, metal and wood will NOT be going into the landfill!
We were glad to have Jack and Thomas’ help and glad to share with them how GreenBy3 helps the environment and people in need by reclaiming used building materials.
