There are many moving parts in the construction or renovation of a building. In addition, the average client knows what they want, but doesn’t understand the process and isn’t sure who to call, when or what questions to ask.

GreenBy3 takes care of all of this, and more, at a level of detail that is very much needed in the construction industry. As the client’s representative on a new construction or renovation project, GreenBy3 first gets to know the client’s culture and business, as well as its technology and building needs. We then coordinate and facilitate meetings between the client, architect, engineering firm and general contractor so all parties are on the same page from the beginning.

Throughout the building process, GreenBy3 continues to coordinate all of the resources needed to complete the project, from furniture to IT experts, and everything in between. Another important part of what we do is to bring in resources at the beginning of the project instead of in the middle or toward the end. This is so the entire team knows what resources the client is working with. This extra step helps prevent surprises later in the project, which often results in extra time and cost.
