Scope: 30,000 square feet • New construction
Description: GreenBy3 is coordinating the construction of a new Men’s Shelter. The sustainable, low-energy building will house at least 110 people and include a dining area, treatment rooms and offices.
Unique features: The shelter will house a clinic, full commercial kitchen, dining area, veterans and emergency dorms, energy efficient lighting, exposed concrete floors and a large lobby for greeting guests and visitors.
