Project BAM
Client: PeopleMatter
Location: North Charleston, S.C.
Scope: Redesign and reconfiguration of existing space
Description: GreenBy3 was hired to take over the reconfiguration of PeopleMatter’s internal facilities at its current headquarters in North Charleston. GreenBy3 seamlessly took over project coordination to allow PeopleMatter employees assigned to the task to get back to what they do best: growing and expanding the company.
Unique features: GreenBy3 incorporated reclaimed, like-new DIRTT wall and glass panels into the design, which saved the client money compared to the construction of offices using new drywall. Data communications were wired to all stations from above. The design incorporated an open floor plan, open ceilings and flexible work space.
Client feedback: “We hired GreenBy3 to take oversight of this project. They had the expertise, local connections, and resources to make the project a success. GreenBy3 was the über project manager with the ability to communicate with company executives as effectively as they did with project managers.” – Mark Deaton, PeopleMatter
